Cancelling

Open the ReplyCue popup in Chrome and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel there at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it, as described below. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service contract. When you subscribe, you ask us to start the service straight away. If you then cancel within 14 days, you can still get a refund, reduced in proportion to the time the plan was active.

BYOK usage costs

On the BYOK plan, your AI provider bills you directly for the requests made with your key. We can't refund those charges.

How to ask

To use your right to cancel, email support@replycue.app from the address on your account, with the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
